Mandal Software ENK, trading as Norevo, organisation number 927 285 703, based in Lørenskog, Norway, is the data controller for the applications and services covered by this policy. You can contact us at contact@norevo.io.
2. FitFjord — data practices
FitFjord collects workout and exercise data that you enter manually, including exercise logs, sets, reps, and session history. This data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable cloud sync, your workout data is processed via Cloudflare Workers infrastructure hosted in the European Economic Area.
Device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and GAID on Android) may be used by Google AdMob to show relevant advertisements. You can limit ad tracking via your device settings.
Subscription and purchase status is managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes your purchase receipt information to validate and restore subscriptions. We do not store payment card details.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
3. Samveis — data practices
Samveis accesses your device's location only while the application is active in the foreground, and only for the purpose of real-time route tracking and group activity coordination. Location data is not stored persistently by Norevo. Real-time session data used for group coordination is processed via Cloudflare Durable Objects and is not retained after the session ends.
Device advertising identifiers may be used by Google AdMob as described above. We do not sell your personal data.
4. MindMint — data practices
Mood entries, wellness check-ins, and journal content entered in MindMint are stored locally on your device by default. This data does not leave your device unless you create an optional account and enable cloud backup, in which case your data is synchronised securely to Cloudflare Workers infrastructure in the European Economic Area.
Device advertising identifiers may be used by Google AdMob. We do not sell your personal data.
5. TapBlaze — data practices
TapBlaze stores gameplay scores, streaks, and local progress data on your device only. No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted. When the app is live, device advertising identifiers will be used by Google AdMob. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Third-party services
The following third-party services are used across one or more Norevo applications:
Google AdMob is used to serve advertisements. Google may use device advertising identifiers to personalise ads. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
RevenueCat is used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases in FitFjord. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Cloudflare provides infrastructure and edge computing services. Data processed via our backends passes through Cloudflare's network. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
7. Data retention
Data you enter in our applications is retained for as long as you use the application or until you delete it. You can delete your locally stored data by uninstalling the application. If you have created an account with cloud sync enabled, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us at contact@norevo.io. We will complete deletion within 30 days. Advertising identifiers are subject to the retention and deletion policies of Google AdMob.
8. Your rights under GDPR
Because Norevo is based in Norway, which is part of the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to your personal data. You have the following rights:
The right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. The right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data. The right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to certain conditions. The right to restrict processing — you may ask us to limit how we use your data. The right to data portability — you may ask us to provide your data in a machine-readable format. The right to object — you may object to our processing of your data in certain circumstances.

9. Children
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us at contact@norevo.io and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
