1. Acceptance

By downloading or using any Norevo app or accessing norevo.io, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our products.

2. Who we are

Norevo is a technology company based in Norway, building mobile apps, AI tools, and open source software. Contact: contact@norevo.io

3. Products covered

These terms apply to: FitFjord, Samveis, MindMint, TapBlaze, ShipCV, V.I.S.O.R., and norevo.io. Additional terms may apply to individual open source projects — see their respective repositories.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our apps.

5. User accounts

Some apps allow sign-in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

6. Usernames and leaderboards

Usernames and scores you submit are visible to other users globally. By participating in leaderboards you consent to this visibility. We reserve the right to remove any user from leaderboards for cheating, manipulation, or abusive behaviour.

7. Advertising

Our free apps display advertisements via Google AdMob. Your consent is requested before personalised ads are shown. You may withdraw or change consent at any time in the app settings. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

8. Age requirement

You must be 13 or older to use our apps and create an account. By using our apps you confirm you meet this requirement.

9. Open source

Some Norevo software is released under open source licences. See individual project repositories for applicable licence terms. Open source licences do not grant rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Intellectual property

All app content, graphics, game mechanics, and branding are owned by Norevo unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.

11. No warranty

Our apps and services are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features such as leaderboards or cloud sync.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Norevo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

13. App store terms

When you download apps from Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms of service also apply alongside these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at norevo.io/terms.
